Liability waiver statement
REQUEST to participate in the activities promoted by Anonima Riforestazioni, aware that they often take place in natural environments, with possible risks arising from:
- Contact with animals or stinging plants,
- uneven terrain, slippery rocks, or natural obstacles,
- use of hand tools or agricultural materials,
- walking or traveling in shared vehicles.
I hereby DECLARE that:
- Commit to follow all the technical instructions provided by the Anonima Riforestazioni association, necessary for the proper conduct of the activities I will take part in
- Release the Anonima Riforestazioni association, its managers, volunteers, and collaborators from all civil or criminal liability for any accidents, or damage to property or persons, including myself, that may occur during the activities.
- Participate voluntarily in the initiatives, in appropriate physical and mental condition, and with suitable clothing.
- Am informed of the associated risks and assume full responsibility for myself.
- Accept that photos or videos taken during the activities may be used for educational, promotional, or documentation purposes, unless I explicitly object in writing within 5 days of the notification.
